Out of a field of 111 entries, only 22 hopefuls remain to battle for their share of the $2,775,000 prize pool in the 2024 WPT Alpha 8 at Wynn Las Vegas and the action recommences at 12:00 noon local time.
Not all of those returning to their seats in the Grand Ballroom have locked up a cash prize, as only the top 13 finishers get paid. Sitting atop the leaderboard are Shannon Shorr and Naj Ajez, while a trio of players follows within six big blinds thereafter.

The final day begins at 12:00 noon with blinds of 20,000-40,000 and a big blind ante of 40,000, for an average of 24 big blinds. As of Day 2, the level duration increases from 40 to 60 minutes and will remain that way until a winner is declared.
Six additional time extension chips will be granted at the start of Day 2, and another six (6) additional time extension chips when six (6) players remain.
