Manager, Studios
The World Poker Tour Manager of Studios is highly proactive and takes initiative. This individual works both independently with minimal supervision and collaborates as part of the Studios team. The Manager assists with the operational strategy, business processes, and systems for overall distribution operations, providing detailed and accurate sales forecasting and data reporting. This individual possesses a strong skill in financial analysis, is able to track revenue, data sets, track and analyze in detail all accounts payable and receivables. You will create invoices alongside finance and track all reports for the studios team, while offering best practices for the department. This individual will create process improvements that eliminate bottlenecks (streamlined reports, resources, etc.) and offer well thought out solutions. This role reports to the VP of studios and handles any and all ad-hoc requests in a timely, efficient manner. The Manager is the primary point of contact for all account planning and assist in sales efforts.
This is a full-time role with a salary of $80-$100K
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Audience data and Revenue Reporting and analysis:
- Maintenance, Aggregation and Analysis
- Responsible for aggregating all reporting into a master spreadsheet with summaries and purpose of comparing what is effective.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key metrics and provide a clear view of performance and trends
- Develop reporting tools to identify and analyze viewership and revenues within all aspects of Studios
- Analyze industry, sales, market, consumer, and overall business data to identify trends and insights to inform business strategies and identify opportunities
- Third party Account Management
- Work with third party tools to send invoices and account manage those vendors and platforms
- Create strategies to drive subscriber and revenue growth
- Client Management:
- Assist in client and account list and target accounts and outreach
- Collaborate with Director of Distribution and Ad Sales, Assisting with sales solutions and pitch materials
- Work with VP of Partnerships and Studios to ensure consistent brand identity and high-quality client deliverables
- Collect & create data metrics to support sales initiatives and create case studies
- Internal Marketing Campaigns:
- Provide business solutions through media plans for internal purposes
- Interface with internal business units to create editorial calendar and create a marketing plan
- Create reports to measure ROI and actionable items for the sole purpose to market internal product
- Create strategic media solutions that grow our brand and ensure strategic consistency across all elements of plan development and implementation, ensuring a fully integrated approach
- Account Management:
- Oversee all client requests, troubleshoot and problem solve with internal teams to proactively provide solutions leading and recommending investment teams to ensure successful campaign execution, issue plan and ensure all billing and financial deliverables are accounted, accurate and delivered on time
- Proactively reach out to OTT platforms to identify promotional activities and opportunities
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience and strong understanding of the OTT/streaming ecosystem from playout to monetization and programmatic advertising
- 2+ years of financial planning, sales planning, data analysis, and/or business intelligence required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, data analytics, or a related field, equivalent experience required.

- Research and deep understanding of partner priorities and roadmaps
- Data-driven analytical thinker with the ability to tell a story through metrics
- Must-have skills for the role include expertise in multi-screen attribution, customer insights, and campaign management. Verifiable major agency and holding company relationships required.

- A problem solver with the ability to develop creative solutions, with flexibility with ability to oversee multiple deliverables and client requests
- Must be excellent and proficient with PC and Microsoft Office software is mandatory, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams; working knowledge of PowerBI and Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
- Candidates must be motivated, extremely organized and detail oriented, have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality for highly sensitive materials and details is key
- Strong follow through and able to anticipate issues before they arise
- Ability to multitask and juggle many competing priorities efficiently
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Ability to create equally strong working relationships in both remote and in-person environments
- Must be willing submit to a background investigation
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
