Matas Cimbolas Doubles Up

With a raise to 1,000 and two calls before him, WPT Champions Club member Matas Cimbolas three-bets to 5,000 from the button. The initial raiser folds, a player in middle position calls, and fellow WPT Champions Club member Larry Greenberg calls in the hijack.

The flop is , the middle-position player leads for 17,000, Greenberg folds, and Cimbolas goes into the tank.

“You probably have a draw,” says Cimbolas.

“I’ll tell you this, I don’t have a draw,” says Cimbolas’ opponent.

“Ok, you definitely have a draw,” replies Cimbolas. “At least I can re-enter.”

Cimbolas raises all in for 35,300, and his opponent calls with for a pair of jacks with a flush draw. Cimbolas shows for a pair of aces.

The turn and river complete the board, safe for Cimbolas to double up.
