There were six simultaneous eliminations that saw the player count drop rapidly and the remaining 482 players found themselves putting chips in a bag. The chipleader for Day 1D is Jose Puente, who finished with 1,519,000 (151 big blinds).

There were 3,866 entries on Day 1D, increasing the total field size to 9,670. The prizepool is worth $9,379,900, nearly doubling the $5 million guarantee. 

Day 2 begins at 12:00 PM on Thursday.
