After a flop of [Js6h2d], Jonathan Little bets 50,000 from middle position, and Andrew Frankenberger calls. The turn card is the [7s], Little checks, Frankenberger bets 150,000, and Little calls.
The river card is the [10s], Little checks, and Frankenberger thinks for a while before he moves all in. (As chipleader, Frankenberger covers everyone.) As Little ponders the situation, he says, "I didn’t like the ten."
Little thinks a while longer and says, "Alright, I call." Frankenberger turns over [8s6s] for a spade flush, and Little mucks. Frankenberger wins the pot, and two-time WPT winner Jonathan Little is out of the tournament in 12th place.
Andrew Frankenberger – 3,480,000 (217 bb)
Jonathan Little – Out in 12th Place ($24,000)
Jonathan Little’s commentary on the hand can be found in his Twitter feed (see below), and we have a photo of Little contemplating the all-in bet on the river.
Ran into runner runner flush of the table clown twice. Guess I just suck.
