With everyone folding to Charbel Boustani’s 2500 raise, big blind Jeison Berdugo makes the call with his short stack. At the flop , Boustani continues for 1200, Berdugo check-raises all in for 14,200, Boustani quickly calls. 

When the cards are flipped, Boustani has top pair, Berdugo with open-ended. The turn doesn’t help out Berdugo but the river does for the flush.
