Hand #13: Kyle McCammond Doubles Through Andrew Frankenberger

Aug 24, 2010

Hand #13  –  Andrew Frankenberger raises from middle position to 45,000, Kyle McCammond reraises from the big blind to 130,000, and Frankenberger calls. The flop comes [Jh9h7h], McCammond bets 200,000, and Frankenberger asks, "How much you playing?" McCammond says he started the hand with about 1.1 million, and Frankenberger calls.

The turn card is the [Qh], putting four hearts on the board. McCammond checks, and Frankenberger thinks for a bit before he bets 300,000. McCammond says, "All in," and Frankenberger immediately calls.

McCammond says, "I have the nuts," and turns over [AcAh] for the ace-high heart flush. Frankenberger shows [3c3h] for a baby flush, and he’s drawing dead. (The meaningless river card is the [7s].)

Kyle McCammond wins the pot with his ace-high flush to double up in chips.

Andrew Frankenberger  –  3,000,000  (187 bb)
