Tournament Rules

Action Clock:
The Action Clock by Protection Poker will be used after level 16 on Day 1s. See WPT Action Clock Rules for more details. Time extension chips will accumulate and not be reset.
Ante Format (Big Blind Ante):
Single ante will be posted by the player in the big blind, in the amount equivalent to the big blind. The big blind is posted before the ante, and players are eligible to collect the entire ante, even when out of the big blind. Ante is maintained until the completion of the tournament.
Breaks:
Players will have a 15-minute break every two levels on Day 1 and a 60-minute dinner break after Level 6. Players will have a 15-minute break every two levels on Day 2 and a 60-minute dinner break after Level 16.
Buy-In & Fees:
$3,500 entry fee will be used to fund the prize pool. $300 is a registration fee of which $100 will go towards staffing.
Late Registration:
On-Site Registration and unlimited re-entry per day are available until the start of Level 9. No Refunds.
Levels, Per Day:
Day 1: (10) 60 minute levels. Day 2: (10) 60-minute levels. Day 3: Levels will be 60 minutes until 6 players remain. The Final Table of 6 will be televised in Las Vegas on May 30, 2025. Final Table Levels will be 60 minutes & 30 minutes at Heads-Up.
Payouts:
One in eight (1-in-8) entries will be in the money (approximately 12.5%). Winners must show valid ID to collect winnings. Residents of foreign countries will be subject to withholding, per casino policy. $10,400 will be withheld from the prize pool and issued to 1st Place in the form of an entry to the WPT World Championship held in Las Vegas.
Players Per Table:
Tables will be 9-Handed at the start of the start of each Day 1 and will transition to 8Handed at the start of Day 2.
Players Card & Players Releases:
In order to play in the event, each player must sign the mandatory WPT Player Release Form. Please visit www.worldpokertour.com - Sign In - to pre-register on the WPT website
Registration & Re-Entry Rules:
If player entered into any starting day and has been eliminated from tournament, player may re-enter or register for subsequent starting day. Players may not bag and play a subsequent flight. Players may forfeit their stack to re-enter or participate in subsequent starting day
Rules:
Tournament Director Association (TDA) rules will be used, unless House Rules apply. Please, see Choctaw tournament staff for House Rules. Additionally, on the money bubble, play will be round-for-round, instead of hand-for-hand. Participation in WPT tournaments is subject to rules and rulings set forth by the applicable venue(s) and/or WPT (e.g., tournament rules, sponsors) Due to the WPT Choctaw TV Final Table being played in Las Vegas, Nevada, where the minimum gambling age is 21, all participants must be 21 years of age or older to play in the Championship and related satellites. The Choctaw Poker Room reserves the right to alter, change, or cancel the tournament. The Choctaw Poker Room will not be held responsible in the event of typographical errors on the website or printed material pertaining to this event, or misinformation and players will not have claim in these matters. Seating Redraws:
Players will also redraw at 24, 16, and 9 players or at Tournament Director’s discretion.
WPT Player of the Year:

The WPT Main Tour Events are eligible for the WPT Player of the Year race.
