No Repeat Final Table for Martin Ward

There are only ten tables remaining and they will soon switch to eight-handed mode as previously announced by tournament staff. Martin Ward reached the final table here at WPT Australia last September but he will not repeat the same feat again.

Having started Day 2 with only ten blinds, he reached the money without trouble and doubled once. Just now, he walks by the desk and recalls his elimination. According to Ward, he calls all-in from an early position for 185,000 after a shove by Haozhe Gan and fails to hold with kings versus ace-queen as a king hits the flop.
