Las Vegas, NV (October 31, 2024) – For the third year in a row, the WPT® World Championship festival schedule will include an epic players party at one of Las Vegas’ most unique venues, AREA15, with a world class DJ, entertainment, and complimentary food and drinks.
“We strive to make each element of every World Poker Tour® event better than the last and that includes finding new ways for players to celebrate,” said WPT CEO Adam Pliska. “We look forward to seeing everybody at AREA15 as we celebrate the upcoming launch of ClubWPT™ Gold* and the record-setting freeroll.”
The party will take place Dec. 12, the night before the ClubWPT Gold $5M Invitational Freeroll begins. Players will be entertained by DJ LEFIH with his unique style that blends electronic beats with soulful melodies, creating immersive soundscapes that seamlessly fuse multiple musical influences.
He will be complemented by some of the best acrobats and dancers Las Vegas has to offer, inside the Portal room at AREA15. Along with the music and entertainment, attendees will be able to enjoy numerous retro arcade games inside the Portal room, an immersive event space known for its 360-degree projection mapping technology, creating an otherworldly, interactive environment.
“I cannot wait for a night of fun at AREA15 before some of the most exciting poker of the festival begins,” said Vince Van Patten. “The whole WPT family will be in attendance, so bring your tournament receipt and come join us at one of the coolest spots in Las Vegas.”
To gain entry, players must present a Golden Passport or a tournament receipt for the WPT World Championship, WPT Prime Championship, WPT Ladies Championship, or a satellite receipt relating to one of the three events.
Doors open at 8:00 p.m. with festivities running until 1:00 a.m. Players will be able to take a complimentary shuttle to and from Wynn Las Vegas every 30 minutes with the final shuttle leaving AREA15 at 1:00 a.m.
